Lime-Soy Vinaigrette

Needing something low-fat and fresh tasting for salad, I tried this recipe.

Lime-Soy Vinaigrette

1 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
4 tsp. dark sesame oil
2 tsp. freshly minced ginger
3 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbsp. honey.

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and mix well. 
(May need to shake or mix again before serving.)
Keep any left over in the refrigerator.
