Oreo Peanut Butter Pie
My son brought a cookbook home from the school library and was determined to make this (with mom's help of course). I was glad we did.
Oreo Peanut Butter Pie
1--8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp. milk
2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping
18 Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, coarsely chopped, divided
1-- 9" Oreo Pie Crust (see below)
2 Tbsp. shelled peanuts, chopped and toasted.
Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar in a large bowel with electric mixer at medium speed until creamy.
Add peanut butter and milk; beat 2 minutes more or until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping and 1 3/4 cup chopped cookies.
Spread into pie crust.
Sprinkle with remaining cookies and peanuts.
Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight.

22 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 cup melted butter.
Combine well and press in bottom of pie pan.
