Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Potatoes

I'm in a time crunch today so I'm going to throw out a simple recipe. My husband really liked this side dish. I would have preferred it a bit less salty. Next time I might put less than the entire dry ranch dressing packet in the slow cooker to cut the salt some.

Creamy Ranch Potatoes

2 1/2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered (I used regular potatoes.)
1-8 oz. container sour cream
1-4 oz. pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
1-10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup.

Place potatoes in 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker
In small bowl combine remaining ingredients.
Spoon over potatoes and stir
Cover and cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
Serve.

I had to cook these a bit longer to really get them done.
