Easy Does It -- Pulled Pork Roast Sandwiches

Today, I'm taking the easy route.

Pulled Pork Sandwiches

1 pork roast
1/2 to 1 cup barbecue sauce
1 large onion, sliced

Additional barbecue sauce to taste.

Placed pork roast in slow cooker.
Cover with barbecue sauce and onions.

Cook on low all day. (6 to 8 hours or until thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the roast reads at least 170 degrees.)

Remove roast from slow cooker. Shred roast. Drain liquids out of slow cooker. Placed shredded roast back in slow cooker and cover with additional barbecue sauce to taste. Warm thoroughly. Serve on your favorite rolls or buns.
