Instant Chai Tea

I found this recipe on line. The posted used the recipe as little gifts for neighbors, teachers etc. I changed it a bit to suit our tastes. Original recipe had1 cup of sugar and it was just too sweet.

1/2 cup instant unsweetened tea
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup dry milk
1/2 cup dry non-dairy creamer

Spices
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cardamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. cayenne. . . (careful)

Blend all ingredients together well.

To serve:Spoon 3 heaping tsp. in a mug add hot water.
