Basil Balsamic Pork Chops
You can also prepare the marinade to pour over chops in a freezer bag and freeze for a make-ahead meal.
4 pork loin chops
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
Rinse pork chops.
Whisk oil, vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, basil, pepper and pepper flakes together.
Marinate pork chops for 8 hour or overnight.
Grill, bake or pan fry.
