Touchdown Taco Dip

This recipe is from Pampered Chef.

Touchdown Taco Dip

1--16 oz. can refried beans
1--8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 oz. cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 cup pitted rip olives, sliced
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro thinly sliced

Tortilla chips

(I'm rewriting the directions without the Pampered Chef product references. (I do love Pampered Chef products, though.)

Preheat oven to 350. Spread refried beans over bottom of small baking dish (The one I use is a small stoneware Deep Dish Baker which probably holds no more than 2 cups.)
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning.
Finely chop garlic, add to bowl. Mix well.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over beans.
Grate cheese over top.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until hot.

Once out of oven add olives, tomato, green onion or cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips.
