Sumo Coleslaw
This is my variation on a popular picnic coleslaw.
Sumo Coleslaw
1 bag shredded cabbage
1/4 c. sliced toasted almonds, option
1 Pkg. Top Ramen Noodles broken into small pieces (I usually use the chicken flavor)
3 to 4 green onions
Dressing
3/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 flavor packet from the Top Ramen noodles
Toss together the cabbage, almonds and green onion. (I often omit the almonds.)
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing. Mix well. Pour over the salad and noodles. Toss well. Serve.
