Custard Style Yogurt

This went over well with the kids in our house.

1 pkg. 4- serving size gelatin mix (jello)
1 cup tap water
3 cups plain yogurt (homemade is fine)
1/3 cup sugar, optional
up to 1 cup chopped fruit, optional

First heat up the tap water. When it boils remove from heat. Add gelatin to it and stir with a fork for several minutes to completely dissolve the gelatin.

Stir in the yogurt. If you like it sweeter you can add the extra sugar here. You can also add the chopped fruit at this point if you wish.

When well blended you can pour into individual serving dishes or small resealable containers for lunches or snacks.
