Glaze for BBQ Salmon

I'm not a natural-born lover of seafood so I rely on a little help from glazes, marinades and seasonings to make them more appealling. Since the health benefits of eating fish are worth the effort.

I mixed up this glaze recently for Salmon and was very pleased with the result.

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
1 tsp. Grated Ginger

Mix all of the ingredients in small bowl and drizzle over salmon. Let sit in refrigerator for 15 minutes before grilling on barbecue.
